Well where do I start, I had an awesome weekend at the York 10K, I raced with a gentleman called Will who has MS, the started off with heavy rain, but it stopped for the race, we were called the MS Warriors, Will, Jonah, Sam, Jane and myself, we raced for MS-UK, the crowds were awesome with support, as were the other runners, the atmosphere was electric, it was absolutely fantastic.

I did loads of background work, newspapers, radio, television and whatever else I could do, it all paid off, as you can see in the attached BBC Look North news article, and the online article below, what a day, Will and his family will never forget it.
