I raced with Will who has MS. We were called the MS Warriors, Will, Jonah, Sam, Jane and myself.
As you know Chloe and I do mad adventures, well our next one is a big one, we are running the Sydney Marathon on the 31st of August 2025
Yes, another marathon, two weeks after Paris, we did the Manchester marathon, oh we did a cross-country 10K in between, because are mad.
Paris in the spring. We drove from home to our hotel in Paris just a few steps away from the Arc de Triumph, what a view it was.
When Diane, 69, adopted a disabled child, she was determined to prove the doomsayers wrong. My fearless daughter has defied the odds.
This is a very short recollection of our Berlin Marathon, to go into more detail would almost turn it into a book rather than a blog. One thing we can say is that we met some very lovely people, made some lovely friends, and had a wonderful time which we will never forget.
We ran the Great North Run. Chloe kept me going with her little voice saying well done Dad and Everyone to all the other runners, as did the awesome crowds of spectators.
No challenge too tough for brave Chloe and her dad. More than 50 thiathlons, hundreds of endurance runs. The smile on her face was magical!
